Commercial Real Estate Career
As the foundation of our organization, Associates are responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients. They must be self-motivated individuals with strong business development and communication skills. Associates work side-by-side with Brokers in identifying client challenges and delivering solutions. The Associate role is the first step towards a prosperous career in commercial real estate.
Must have 1 to 3 Years of Commercial Real Estate Experience in arranging Lease transactions, including but not limited to preparing letters of intent to lease, understanding lease structures, and negotiating lease terms; (OR)
Must have 1 to 3 Years of Commercial Real Estate Experience in arranging sales transactions, including but not limited to prospecting for listings, preparing opinions of value, drafting non-binding letters of intent to purchase, due diligence, and transaction management from purchase offer through closing.
Requires strong business development and communication skills, with an emphasis on prospecting for new potential clients, and nurturing existing relationships.
Preferred but not required, a four-year undergraduate college degree.
Must hold an Active Real Estate License in the corresponding application State.
